Karera Keepsake is a refined memory experience that accompanies a gift. A beautifully designed physical card, when scanned, reveals a private, curated album of photos and messages created by the giver — protected by a personal passcode and preserved with care.
Solo is created by one person for one recipient. Group lets multiple contributors add memories before it's sent. Event Wall is a live QR people scan at an event to leave photos and messages. Each has its own product page with full details.
Checkout is processed securely by Shopify over an encrypted (SSL) connection. Karera never sees or stores your full card details.
The recipient simply scans the card with any smartphone camera. They are taken to a private, elegantly presented page where they enter a personal passcode chosen by the giver. No app download is required.
After payment you receive a setup link by email. Use it to enter your recipient, upload photos, a short video, and your message, choose an album style, and submit. Keep the email — the same link lets you return later.
Entirely private. Each album is protected by a unique passcode known only to the giver and recipient — vendors never see your photos, video, or message, only card status. Your memories remain yours.
Albums are hosted for two years from activation. You'll be able to download your content before the hosting period ends.
Physical keepsakes are printed, packed in a premium mini mailer box, and sent via Canada Post — typically 2–3 business days to produce after you submit your album, then a few more days in transit. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Event Wall is delivered digitally — you receive a QR sign to download and display, so there's nothing to mail.
Yes — this is central to how Karera works. Vendors can offer Keepsake as a premium add-on to any gift or bouquet. We provide everything needed: cards, the platform, and full support. No technical expertise required.
